Well known actor Aditya Pancholi has previously faced some serious charges due to his angry behavior in last few years. But now Aditya is in big troubles! Because Supreme Court have ordered him to leave his Juhu Bunglow by the end of the December and also told to pay the monthly rent to landlord till December.
During the hearing Pancholi offered to pay the market rate for the rent of the bungalow for which the court replied that Pancholi was a big man who could buy a new house. This decision is given by the bench of Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar and justice R Banumathi.

This bunglow was rented by Pancholi's father in 1960 for Rs.150 per mouth, but when Pancholi failed to pay rent in 1977, the owner Tarabai Hate filed suet against the actor under the Bombay Rents Hotel, Lodging House Rates Control Act, 1947. The Bunglow is located in Suburban Mumbai.
