Shahid Kapoor replaces Sushant Singh Rajput in Half Girlfriend?

Earlier at beginning of project makers of the film (Half Girlfriend) chose Shahid Kapoor to play Bihari lover boy in adaption of Chetan Bhagat's novel Half Girlfriend, but his latest flick bombed at box office. So, they roped in Sushant Singh Rajput to play the lead role in film, but now it looks like makers have come back to their original choice only.

Says a source close to the development, "Shahid was to play the Bihari lover-boy. But then Shahid's Shaandaar bombed and the film's producers went to Sushant Singh Rajput. But now he has given away the same dates to Dinesh Vijeyan for his directorial debut."

Sushant Singh Rajput walked out of Half Girlfriend due to date issues and now the project is back to Shahid Kapoor.

"Shahid is now back in the project. It seems the role was destined to go to him only," added the source.
