Tabu is very well versatile actress of Bollywood. She has no qualms about playing the role of a mother in films. Last time Tabu was seen in role of Shahid Kapoor's mother in Haider, and said that she is open to do role of mother for younger actors like Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor and others.
It depends on the character (of mother ). If it is good then I will do it otherwise I will not do boring mother role. Tabu told in an PTI interview.
Tabu is now excited to step into Rekha's shoes for Abhishek Kapoor's Fitoor. The film also stars Aditya Roy Kapoor and Katrina Kaif. "I just did one scene with him I have lot of things to do. Gattu (Abhishek Kapoor ) is a good friend. It has been good experience" Tabu said.
When asked about Rekha there was a sense pressure and she said it is huge project. Tabu will be next seen in Drishyam along with Ajay Devgan. The film is slated to release on July 31st this year.
