Baahubali Beats Happy New Year's Box Office Records (1st Weekend Collection)

S.S. Rajamouli directorial 'Bahubali' received a outstanding opening worldwide! It crossed Rs.100 crores in just 2 days. The film is being liked by people in all over India and world. It has created a new history in Indian Cinema by breaking all records on the box office. Budget of first part is said to be 150 crores & by adding both parts it will be near about 250 crores.

Prabhas, Rana Dagubatti, Tamannaah and Anushka Shetty starer collected 50 crores on its first day. What is even more amusing is that the film kept up its stride with a slight drop on Saturday as it collected 48 crores, the film saw a high jump on third day by collecting a huge amount of 55 Crores. So, Baahubali have now collected 153 Crores in first weekend & has beat the records of SRK starer Happy New Year which had made one of the fastest 100 crore gross collections. Shah Rukh’s Happy New Year, including all formats had fetched 108 crores over the opening weekend.

The Hindi version of movie is also getting an increase of viewers day by day. On Friday the movie collected 5.15 cr, Saturday it collected 7.09 cr & on Sunday it's collection is 10.11 cr. Which is fabulous! Let's see what will be the next record of Baahubali?
