Rohit shetty who is known for his masala fares is being offered big money for big projects. Producer Sangeeta Ahir has roped in the Golmaal director for her next project, which is reportedly a remake of Tamil movie ‘Soodhu Kavvum’.
Rohit Shetty has signed the film for a whopping Rs. 25 crore amount, which is apparently the highest sum being paid to a Bollywood director.
Confirming the same, Sangeeta Ahir said she had paid Rohit an exorbitant price. It’s the highest fee given to any director, but then it works as Rohit Shetty is a huge brand in himself. It’s said to be a comedy film.
She added that the film is still in the scripting stage. And she hadn't contacted any actor for her upcoming venture.
She is waiting for Rohit, who is at Hyderabad and shooting for Dilwale and then we will finalize everything”.
