Urvashi Rautela, Yo Yo Honey Singh's Love Dose Girl & Miss Tourism Queen of the year is signed as 3rd lead actress for Great Grand Masti. She starred opposite Sunny Deol in the film Singh Saab The Great & currently working in Sanam Re & Airavat (Kannada) movies.
Vivek Oberoi, Riteish Deshmukh and Aftab Shivdasani are playing male leads, while Mishti (who debuted with Subash Ghai's Kaanchi) and model turned actress Ankita Shorey will be playing the female leads.
